“If the whole point of Kingsmill was to hate Catholics, it didn’t work” – Becca Smith

Sarah Convery whose three uncles were murdered at their home in Whitecross, County Armagh on January 4th 1976 – John-Martin and Brian died at the scene and Anthony died a month later – and Becca Smith whose uncle, John McConville, was murdered the following day, January 5th 1976 along with eight of his workmates (two men survived) in an atrocity that will live forever in infamy as ‘The Kingsmill Massacre’.

This event is chaired by Truth and Reconciliation Platform co-founder, Stephen Travers. The executive producer and co-founder of TaRP, Eugene Reavey, joins us from TaRP HQ in Whitecross, County Armagh and the Truth and Reconciliation Platform Ambassador to The UK, Joe Campbell, joins us from London.
